• A valid Malaysian phone number (no VoIP or temporary numbers);
• A strong password must contain at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gmpk99 account password and login credentials. gmpk99 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. • Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the operation of the gmpk99 platform or the experience of other players;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of account closure for legitimate reasons (not arising from fraud or a breach of terms), GMPK99 will process the withdrawal of any remaining balance to the registered payment method within 5 business days of completed KYC verification.
